Copy of identity document (front and reverse side on same page. Original identity document must be produced for examination);

Copy of academic documents that meet requirements of tour guide (original documents must be produced for examination);

4. |
Copy of document detailing address of residence of applicant (e.g. copy of water bill or electricity bill);

5. |
1½ inches recent colour photograph or digital photograph; or to be photographed on-site without charge. |
Fees
MOP 100.00 (plus 10% stamp duty).

Macao Government Services Centre/Macao Government Services Centre in Islands – Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank draft (It should be made payable to "Instituto para os Assuntos Municipais")。 |
Important information
According to Administrative Regulation no. 22/2008, |
• |
Payment can be made by only one of the 3 means above in each payment; |
• |
Exact amount payable should be put on the cheque and bank draft; |
• |
The date on the cheque should be no more than 3 days prior to the date when payment is made. |
• |
The cheque should be certified if the payment is equal to or exceeding MOP50,000.00. |
Validity of card
3 years.
N.B: Renewal can be made only within 60 days before the expiry date of the tour guide card. Under special circumstances, if renewal is needed prior to the above-mentioned period, applicant should request by letter, provide reasons and supporting documents.
