How to apply
Application period: All applications with respective supporting document shall be duly and completely submitted at least 7 working days prior to the first day of the event.
Application procedures and required documents:
- Application can be submitted by letter, fax, email, or apply on online, together with the application form;
- Application by letter or fax should be addressed to “Director of Macao Government Tourism Office” or “Head of Facilities Management Division” indicating the event name, date of use, time, usage and nature;
- Event information and brief;
- Event schedule.
Remark: Macao Government Tourism Office reserves the final right to reject, cancel or amend the application for venue booking under special circumstances.

Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 1:00pm, 2:30pm – 5:45pm
Friday: 9:00am-1:00pm, 2:30pm – 5:30pm
(Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
Fees: Free of charge.
Time for processing
Venue Booking (Ritz Building): According to MGTO’s performance Pledge guidelines, reply will be given within 5 working days from the next day upon receipt of the application and required documents.
